Residential barn-style home in picturesque rural Devon

Denton-Powell was delighted to be invited to create this dream home to meet
the owner’s aspirations for a Barn-style home overlooking uninterrupted views
across stunning rural Devon countryside. However, the most challenging aspect of this project was the stunning location - miles from anywhere down a narrow track, which presented numerous logistical challenges, particularly access for large vehicles like cranes and steel delivery lorries – but thankfully, our Contracts Manager Clive Hardy has acquired years of experience overcoming such issues with his meticulous forward planning. The erection took 4 days in total and the owners will now be finishing the decoration and then deciding whether to live there or to put it on the market.
